Exercise has always been the one constant thing in my life. My passion for fitness grew as I realized the stronger I became physically, the stronger I grew mentally. Exercise has inspired me to continuously set and achieve new goals. It was an easy decision to turn my love for fitness into a career that motivates and empowers others to live a positive lifestyle. John Fitzgerald Kennedy said: Exercise is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basic of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” This is the foundation of what I like to teach clients as I have a strong belief that exercise is the best form of medicine! I graduated from The International Sports Sciences Association with an Associates of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Personal Training. Since then I have used my knowledge and expertise in group training and one on one sessions, that focus on high intensity and target all muscle groups.
