For as long as I can remember fitness and nutrition have been a huge part of my life. I grew up playing many different team sports, ran 2 miles under 14 minutes for my first car (Thanks Dad!), coached high school girls basketball and ran a half marathon. I love that how well we live directly impacts how well our body works. It is important to me to share that with my clients by motivating them to make healthy nutrition and fitness decisions. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise. With my education I have health coached, instructed group fitness classes, and trained one on one.
